Dr. Jamie Sterling PhD, LMHC. the agency founder, is extremely passionate about the child welfare system and children in foster care. Dr. Sterling is an expert within the child welfare system with over 15 years of experience working in the field. Dr. Sterling has worked alongside the department of children and families for many years offering resources to case management and support to children and families in crisis.
Dr. Sterling leads a team of highly skilled master’s level mental health clinicians. This team works hard to keep families together, or to reunify families by providing individualized parenting education. Parents/caregivers are given the tools to create a better life and a safe home for their children. We also provide community-based counseling support for the children to work through any effects of trauma they may have.
Our family therapy services ensure the family system can thrive as a whole. This takes extreme insight and dedication through a solution-based approach to ensure everyone's needs are being met.

Community Based Services
- Nurturing Parenting (often court ordered, group therapy)
- Trauma Informed Parenting Education (Individual)
- Individual & Family Therapy
- Therapeutic Supervised Visitation
- Substance Abuse Classes
- DV & Anger Management Classes
- CRC (clinical review of a case) when TPR is on the table, CRC provides clinical review of the case history, includes interviews with all parties and provides recommendations to support TPR or suggest other options. This takes the liability and stress off of case management, and also streamlines the case plan/ judicial process to ensure kids get to permanency faster.
Attendance and monthly reports are sent to case management to ensure you have what you need for staffing's etc.
